Returns & Refunds Policy

At colorMEbook, every order is custom-made — from your uploaded photos to personalized messages. Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a production error on our end.

No Returns on Personalized Products

All coloring books are made to order, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Customer-provided content errors (e.g., typos, wrong images)

  • Personal dissatisfaction with photo-to-line-art style after final delivery

We encourage all customers to review their uploaded content and personalizations carefully before submitting an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with any of the following issues:

  • Physical damage during shipping

  • Missing or incorrect pages

  • Production error on our end

We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo of the issue

  3. A brief description of the problem

💸 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

  • We are unable to fulfill your order due to a system or production failure

  • You were charged but your order was never processed or delivered, and we cannot resolve the issue with a replacement

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Modifications & Cancellations

Because we begin processing immediately, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations after the order is submitted. Please contact us within 1 hour of ordering if a mistake was made — we’ll do our best to catch it before production begins.
